Once subscribed, we align on your content goals and calendar. Each month, we’re on-site to shoot. We capture the content you need, edit it, and deliver it in formats ready for your needs. We can also include strategic planning and monthly reviews to ensure the work stays aligned with your objectives.

Our subscription covers a range of visual formats, including executive and team headshots, short-form video (mobile and videography), editorial photo stories, behind-the-scenes shots, event coverage, testimonial videos, and social media content all produced under a consistent visual language tailored to your brand.

Every client gets senior creative direction from our core leadership plus a dedicated curated professional (e.g senior photographer, videographer, social media storyteller). This ensures you get expert execution matched to your brand’s needs.

We design our subscriptions with flexibility in mind. If you have quieter months, we help plan ahead and reschedule within your subscription cycle so you still get value without losing momentum.

You send us your visual requests and briefing ahead of the production day. On the production day, our experts come on-site and capture the planned content. Afterward, mostly within 48h we handle editing and deliver assets in all the formats you need.

After each shoot, edited assets are delivered within an agreed turnaround window based on the volume and format mix. For most standard deliverables (photo galleries, social cuts, short videos), turnaround is fast and predictable to support your publishing rhythm.

Yes. Our model is designed to be flexible. You can pause or adjust your subscription based on changing needs any day. We’ll work with you to ensure the cadence still supports your goals without unnecessary commitment.

Most clients fall into the mid-range tiers starting at 7500.-, where we support multiple departments (Marketing, Comms, HR) with ongoing visual content. If your visual needs are lighter, subscriptions can start as little as 2800 per month.
